About Us
Muireann Sadlier P.G.DIp SEN, MA SEN, Therapeutic Play Practitioner, Wellbeing Consultant

After spending years working for the NCSE and SESS and engaging in copious amounts of research from around the world, the links between behaviour and wellbeing are clear.Underpinning challenging behaviour became a vital component to include when creating content on challenging behaviour and behaviour management. Helping people understand and recognise if and when they don't feel great in their skin is the first step and is a fundamental part of the bespoke training offered to parents, teachers, SNA's, early leaning settings and indeed to all who are interested. Our goal is to make as much contemporary information as possible available, to support and up-skill school staff, to share regulation strategies that really work , and to dip into the wonderful world where wellbeing is supported and developed in each individual. Each individual has different experiences of anxiety and a different trauma response. Self management is unique to each person and has a different starting point in each individual.

"Same storm, different boats"
